Our team is eager to learn, fast-paced, and quality-driven-if that sounds like you, Synergy has a position for you!This position is designated as work-from-home/remote.Essential Functions & Duties:Oversee the PaaS Center of Excellence (CoE) architecture from a technical perspective.Lead and manage a Tier 2/Tier 3 Support and Sustainment team.Ensure successful deployment and integration of large-scale PaaS platforms.Collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions.Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices, including design, development, and deployment.Analyze and resolve complex technical issues within the Salesforce ecosystem.Stay updated on the latest Salesforce and PaaS trends, technologies, and certifications.Skills, Qualifications and Certifications of Best Candidates:Experience/expertise in Appian.Strong leadership and team management capabilities.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience in driving technology adoption and change management.Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and services.Required Certifications & Technical Stack:Salesforce Certified Administrator.Minimum of two Salesforce Design Certifications from the following:o Certified Identity and Access Management Designero Certified Data Architecture and Management Designero Certified Sharing and Visibility Designero Certified Development Lifecycle and Deployment Designero Certified Integration Architecture DesignerMinimum of two mid-level Industry Recognized certifications for each respective PaaS CoE ecosystem platform assigned.Extensive experience (a minimum of five years) with large-scale PaaS platform deployments.Depth of understanding of all other PaaS CoE ecosystem platforms.Required Citizenship or Work Authorization: US Citizen. 5 years of experience and a master's degree in a business discipline. 10 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.Compensation for roles at Synergy varies depending on a wide variety of factors including but not limited to the requirements of the role; education and certifications; knowledge, training, skills and abilities; level of experience; geographic location; and alignment with market data, law, and other business and organizational needs.As required by local law, the posted pay range represents the lowest to the highest pay that Synergy believes in good faith it might pay for this particular job, depending on the circumstances. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.A reasonable estimate of the current pay range is: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00.Essential Job Function Physical Requirements:
