Northwest ADHD Treatment Center was founded with two goals in mind: to provide the highest quality evaluation and treatment for attention related concerns, and to be a great, collaborative place to work that supports a healthy work-life balance.Our clinical staff is comprised of psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and counselors, working in four locations in Oregon. Job Type: Full-timeReports to: Director of Behavioral HealthNorthwest ADHD Treatment Center is seeking full-time licensed professional counselor (licensed in Oregon or license eligible) to join our fun and dynamic private practice. The Licensed Professional Counselor will provide evaluation and treatment services, provide supervision to a counseling associate, and will help build our practice as we expand to the Corvallis area.The role would be primarily working with college age youth, working in close coordination with other NW ADHD Providers and Oregon State University's Health Services.Preferred candidates are licensed therapists with experience working with the college student population and adults. The ideal candidate has extensive differential diagnostic skills and experience treating ADHD, anxiety and mood disorders, and trauma.Newly licensed or soon to be licensed candidates are encouraged to apply as well; those seeking to gain training in ADHD assessment and treatment will be provided robust training prior to seeing clients. Optimal candidates will be eligible to be a supervisor to a coubseling associate.Ideal candidates will be confident in their ability to evaluate and treat behavioral, social, emotional, and cultural concerns while integrating information obtained from caregivers, medical providers, and other behavioral health providers. Good communication and ability to collaboratively develop a treatment plan and help individuals implement skills in an effective manner is essential.Compensation:

Our Licensed Professional Counselors are compensated on a progressive salary model, with performance based raise eligibility calculated every 2 months. New clinicians, while building their caseloads, start with a minimum full time salary is $56,705.00 annually. Once a provider maintains a minimum weekly average of 23 direct contact units or more for a two month period, the provider receives a raise for the subsequent two months based on average additional contact units in excess of the minimum of 23 per week. Additional compensation can be provided for supervisory and leadership duties.

As an example, providers who routinely see 25 individual patients and facilitate 1 group per week presently earn an annual salary equivalent of $72,730. Raise potential scales with average weekly contact units, with highly productive LPCs having earned annual salaries of about $100,000.Benefits:
