Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a Delivery Manager for one if its top clients in the life sciences space. This is a fully remote role based and will be supporting the organization's Intelligent Automation Product (RPA) team. In this role, you will lead the implementation, delivery and improvement of AI solutions, serving as a hybrid Technical Business Analyst/Project Manager to prioritize projects, document processes, identify roadblocks and solution ways to enhance processes to ensure a seamless delivery of automation products. The ideal candidate has previous experience in a development background or similar environment.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years experience as a Technical Business Analyst and/or Project Manager
Technical understanding of SDLC or previous development background
Ability to lead meetings, document process pain points and recommend appropriate solutions during the workshop sessions
Ability to identify delivery risks and drive mitigation strategies in a timely manner
Excellent problem solving and change management skills
Previous pharma / life sciences experience Automation or AI background
GxP process knowledge null
