Hilco Vision is searching for a Senior Data Analyst with extensive experience in Infor M3. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, providing actionable insights, creating and maintaining reports in Power BI, and optimizing our data management processes. This role requires an understanding of Infor M3 and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to support data-driven decision-making.
This is a hybrid role located in Mansfield, MA.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Data Analyst.Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and database management.Understanding of SQL and Complex Data Structures.Ability to write SQL Queries to pull data sets.Responsibilities
Analyze large and complex data sets from Infor M3 and other sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI to support business decision-making.Support the design, implementation, and optimization of data management processes and systems.Mentor and guide junior analysts in best practices and advanced data analysis techniques.Help create and maintain Machine Learning Systems supporting various Business Initiatives.
