Manages and oversees all aspects of a project to ensure it is completed on-time and within budget. Has overall responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing and outside vendors, and contractual deliverable.Deep domain experience in Pharma clinical business processes and associated technology platforms and systems that support the business.Experience working with a Pharmaceutical, Biotech organization.Experience working in an agile and waterfall delivery environment.Experience with multiple techniques for requirements elicitationExperience developing project plan and their key dependencyExperience working on large scale application migration project from Legacy applications to SAAS solution.Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.Very Strong communications skills and the ability to work with business and facilitate requirement gathering session7+ years of recent experience in working as Project Manager for large projects for Pharmaceutical, Biotech clients.Responsible for leading projects around R&D Suite (and related technologies) for Biotech clients and developing complete project plan.Having Non Clinical or Regulatory knowledge is preferred.Partner with client Business stakeholders to implement Regulatory and related technology solutions, and data migration in alignment with key business priorities.Provide updates and status reports to the Senior leadership around progress and any issues or blockers.Work in collaboration with Client partners and ensure they are adhering to the project plan, and highlight any risks.Manage project RACI and RAID logs.Should be available in USA EST hrs.
