RMF Administrator

Key Role:Support a Privacy and Civil Liberties Program by providing a disciplined and structured process that integrates information security and risk management activities into the system development life cycle. Assist Information System Security Officers (ISSOs) and Information System Security Engineers (ISSEs) in conducting annual continuous monitoring reviews of Privacy Controls according to NIST 800-53 Appendix J. Work with ISSOs, ISSEs, and Designated Authorizing Official (DAO) representatives to apply and implement Privacy Overlay controls. Conduct research and investigate Personal Identifiable Information (PII) breaches to protect data and information under the Privacy Act. Review and apply System of Records (SORNs) for Privacy Impact Assessments. Use your RMF expertise and understanding of Privacy protection concepts to help the client make the best decisions to secure their mission critical systems, infrastructure, and PII.Basic Qualifications:Experience supporting a Federal Privacy Program

Experience with the Risk Management Framework process

Knowledge of the Privacy Act and Privacy Laws and Policies

Knowledge of SORNs

Knowledge of FISMA and NIST

TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:Experience with ServiceNow (SNOW)

Ability to research, analyze, and communicate privacy matters with senior leadership

Ability to process and resolve Privacy breaches and complaints

Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills

Possession of excellent organizational skills

IAPP CIPP or CIPT Certification

The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
