We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead and oversee our company's technology operations, ensuring the effective use of systems, applications, and infrastructure. This role will involve managing internal IT staff and an external Managed Service Provider (MSP), ensuring reliable and secure technology services across the organization. The IT Manager will work closely with decision-makers in other departments to identify, recommend, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for the organization. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience in strategic IT planning.

Job Duties:

Lead daily IT operations, including infrastructure, networking, systems administration, and end-user services (help desk, technical support, onboarding/offboarding)Oversee MSP relationship, ensuring service delivery aligns with SLAs, while handling escalations, automating processes, and maintaining knowledge documentationManage IT systems, including servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, and peripherals, and handle deployment, maintenance, upgrades, and supportOversee purchasing, asset tracking, and lifecycle management for all IT hardware, software, and infrastructureLead IT projects, including license/software consolidation, cost reduction initiatives, AWS cloud maintenance and more (i.e. Snowflake, DAM)Ensure organizational security, including managing security operations, patches, SOC, security certificates, disaster recovery, and compliance with standardsDevelop and implement IT policies and procedures covering architecture, security, and service provisionOversee and manage the IT budget with a focus on controlling software spending, ensuring departments adhere to their budgets, and preventing unauthorized software purchasesCollaborate with business leaders to align IT services with company goals, and define business and systems requirements for new technology implementationsExperience & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, or relevant experience5+ years of experience in IT operations, management, and systems administrationExperience managing Microsoft O365, AWS Cloud, and working with MSPsProven experience in IT infrastructure planning, security management, and developmentStrong technical knowledge of networks, PC/Mac operating systems, network hardware, protocols, and standardsExtensive experience with end-user computing, SaaS infrastructure, and ITSM conceptsExperience with IAM tools like OneLogin and familiarity with data privacy laws (CCPA, GDPR)Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and project management skillsStartup experience is a plusCompensation:
