*Job Title: Desktop Support Specialist**Job Description:* We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. The primary responsibility will be to assist with imaging laptops and workstations for a large number of new hires as part of our expansion. This role involves deploying new laptops, managing a backlog in our computer refresh project, and providing on-site desktop support to end users. Additionally, you will handle escalations from the helpdesk.*Key Responsibilities:*
* Image and deploy laptops and workstations for new hires.* Manage and execute the computer refresh project.* Provide on-site desktop support to end users.* Handle escalations from the helpdesk.* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.* Assist with hardware installations and configurations.*Required Skills and Experience:*
* Minimum of 2 years of IT support or desktop support experience.* Experience with imaging tools (PXE/SCCM experience is a plus).* Proficiency in Windows 10 troubleshooting.* Strong customer service and communication skills.* Familiarity with Active Directory, MS Suite, and SCCM.* Knowledge of desktop hardware and software troubleshooting.*Enterprise Skills:*
