In this role, you will work with a range of technologies, including virtualization, cloud, networking, and Windows systems. This position is perfect for an IT professional with hands-on experience in a Managed Service Provider setting, who is eager to advance their career and gain valuable backend system administration experience.Responsibilities:Respond to escalated calls, tickets and emails to troubleshoot reported issues in a helpdesk environment using ConnectWise.Complete administration and provide IT support for Microsoft core business applications and operating systems.Provide desktop support, manage accounts in active directory, printer supportProvide network support, administration and configurations.Assist with projects such as cloud migrations (Azure) and client onboardings.Requirements:Experience working for a Managed Service Provider is a MUST*Hands on experience with M365; Windows 10, Server 2012,2016,2019, AzureNetwork experience with Cisco, SonicWALL, or Fordinet a plusConnectWise experience is a major plusBenefits:Base salary $60,000-$75,000 (dependent on experience)Certification reimbursementCareer development and formal trainingMatching 401(k), profit-sharing and medical coverage is provided.Car/ mileage reimbursement
