Documentum/Open Text Consultant (Remote)Responsibilities:Lead and architect the migration of Documentum-based solutions to AWS.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Documentum developers, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and standards.Design and implement Documentum solutions on AWS, including setup, configuration, and performance optimization.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and develop solutions that align with organizational goals.Provide technical assistance and support to business users.Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support for Documentum on AWS.Gather and analyze functional requirements, and create clear and concise technical documentation.Develop and maintain current and future systems, including prototyping, implementing new features, and handling maintenance tasks.Required Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in Documentum technology (DFC, DQL, D2 configurations, Content Server, DQMan, Blazon, etc.).Expertise in defining Documentum repository structures and object types.Strong experience in Java & J2EE technologies, REST, Web Services, and Spring.Proficiency in working with databases like Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.Experience with application servers like WebLogic, JBoss, Tomcat, and TC Server.Ability to develop cloud-native solutions using Java, Python, and Node.js.Hands-on experience with AWS cloud migrations and core AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda).Experience with DevOps tools for source control, release management, configuration management, monitoring, and development (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Docker, AWS EKS, AWS Step Functions, AWS Lambda, Jira, Python, Angular, Splunk).Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in production applications.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, negotiate, and facilitate meetings.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Experience with Agile development methodologies.Systems thinking approach, able to analyze and understand complex systems and processes.Preferred Qualifications:

AWS certification.
