Job Summary:

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading key projects within the IS department. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing resources, overseeing the development and implementation of IT projects, and ensuring that project goals are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget.Lead project execution, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budget constraints, and quality standards.Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for timely execution of projects.Assist stakeholders with change management.Stakeholder Management:Act as the main point of contact for project-related communication with stakeholders.Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, risks, and potential changes.Manage stakeholder expectations and address any issues that arise.Communicate IT priorities to the rest of the company.Regularly update the CIO of project plans, timelines, and challenges.Risk ManagementIdentify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.Monitor and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.Quality Assurance:Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.Oversee quality assurance processes and adjust as needed.Team Leadership:Lead and motivate project team members.Assign and oversee tasks, ensuring effective team collaboration and project progress.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain comprehensive project documentation.Prepare and present reports on project performance and outcomes.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven working experience (3-5 years) as a project manager in the IT sector.Solid technical background, with an understanding of software development and web technologies.Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.Skills:
