The ability to identify and resolve technical issues related This includes diagnosing problems, analyzing logs, and finding solutions.Familiarity with programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript can be beneficial in understanding and debugging application code.Effective communication is essential when interacting with users, developers, and other stakeholders to understand and address their concerns or issues.Proficiency in using ticketing systems like JIRA, ServiceNow to track and manage user requests and issues.Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Prometheus, App Dynamics, or Splunk to proactively monitor application performance and identify potential issues.Understanding of database management systems like Oracle, or PLSQL to troubleshoot database-related problems.Required Skills
