Job Title: IT Technician
Company: Conicelli Management Group
Location: Conshohocken, PA (with occasional travel to Springfield, PA)
About Us: Conicelli Management Group is seeking a motivated IT Technician to support our IT Department. Join our team and play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our technology infrastructure across our dealerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage support tickets, documenting technical issues.
• Assist PC users in identifying and resolving technical problems.
• Perform troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and installation of software and hardware.
• Work with diverse systems and technologies, including Cisco, Ubiquiti, Fortinet, SonicWall, Dell, and Microsoft.
• Troubleshoot and repair IT/computer issues, including ethernet data networks, WiFi networks, analog and VoIP telephony equipment, computers, printers, basic A/V, and cable TV systems.
• Provide basic website formatting and updates.
• Administer the M365 environment, including Azure, SharePoint, OneDrive, Office, and Exchange.
Qualifications: We are looking for candidates who are passionate about technology, have a strong work ethic, and can work both independently and collaboratively to deliver high-quality results.
Basic Requirements:
• Solid understanding of PC hardware/software.
• Previous internship or helpdesk experience is a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Ability to interact effectively with a diverse user base, including faculty, staff, and students.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Go-getter attitude and eagerness to tackle challenges.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights.
• Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening.
Preferred Skills (not required):
• CCNA or other networking certifications.
• Basic HTML knowledge.
Work Schedule:
• Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Saturdays (Rotating, Remote): 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Compensation: Salary will be based on knowledge and skill set.
