Job Overview:Sr Software Engineer customer success is a key technical resource who ensures that the Lynx product implementations can be successfully deployed and supported end to end. It is a customer-facing role requiring excellent communication skills collaborating with various internal and external teams, responsible for developing and supporting Lynx products that meet customers’ requirements.RequirementsRequired Skills/EducationBS/MS in Computer Science/EE plus a minimum of 8 years of experienceProficiency in Unix/Linux internals, C programming, device driversStrong Knowledge of Intel/ARM/PowerPC ArchitecturesExperience with any RTOS, Debug tools & Virtualization/HypervisorGood debugging skillsKnowledge of Agile software development lifecyclesExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrict adherence to processes as well as attention to detailUS citizens or green card required for this position.Specific job responsibilities:Ability to learn quickly and understand all Lynx hypervisor and RTOS products.Multiple system architecture with virtualization (x86 and ARM).New hardware bring up with Lynx hypervisor and RTOS.Kernel Design, develop, deploy, maintain and support.Strong knowledge of hypervisors and virtualization technologies (experience in VMware, Hyper-V, KVM or Xen is a plus).Experience with x86 and/or ARM architectures.Proficiency in C and assembly programming language.Discuss with the customers in understanding their requirements, interpret and document.Identify the appropriate solutions to solve customer problemsImplement and deliver Proof of Concepts (POCs)Cross-functional interaction with Sales, Pre-Sales, Engineering, and Technical Support teamsKnowledge of DO-178C certification.BenefitsMedicalDentalVision401k401k MatchFlexible hoursFlexible PTOLynx Software Technologies, Inc. company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
