The SAP Data Governance Lead is responsible for leading the implementation and execution of a Master Data Governance strategy. This role is accountable for the SAP S4 HANA Data Migration workstream, ensuring the successful implementation of the SAP S4 HANA business transformation program. The role requires collaboration with multiple business functions (Order To Cash, Procure To Pay, Record to Report, Manufacturing) to gather data migration requirements and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule for the SAP S4 HANA Go Live implementation. The role also focuses on improving data quality and establishing a central data governance structure across the enterprise.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Interface with business workstreams, the S/4 Core Team, System Integrators (SI), and IT to capture and analyze business processes, workflows, and data elements.Lead and deliver the migration of SAP S4 HANA master data (Customer, Vendor, Material, Inventory, Finance-GL, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Bank Master) and transactional data (Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Open AP, Open AR items) as planned.Work with data stewards to document future state master data creation and maintenance in SAP S4 HANA.Facilitate the integration of data from multiple sources and systems.Develop and enhance data policies, business rules, standards, and master data processes to build the enterprise master data governance framework.Translate SAP S4 HANA data governance policies to business workstreams and communicate their value and benefits.Participate in SAP S4 HANA workshops for data migration design and validation, serving as a SPOC during cutover and rehearsals.Provide operational support for data stewardship, process improvements, and automation in SAP S4 HANA master data domains.Build stakeholder consensus across business workstreams to ensure alignment on the proposed master data solution.Explain data mappings, validations, and migration processes between legacy systems and SAP S4 HANA.Lead, coach, and train team members, end users, business partners, and stakeholders on master data quality processes and tools.Participate in data architecture design aligned with the enterprise architecture strategy.Design and lead the implementation of a master data management team.Operate within core values of respect and care for others.Performance Expectations:

Lead and execute SAP S4 HANA data migration activities as planned.Demonstrate experience in master data governance/stewardship across various domains.Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, leaders, and end-users.Lead discussions and activities to improve data quality and process adoption.Create, measure, and analyze master data quality to drive improvements.Lead definition and communication of data quality metrics to business partners and stakeholders.Establish and enforce data governance strategies, frameworks, and policies.Oversee the entire lifecycle of master data.Collaborate with departments to integrate master data from different sources.Implement measures to assess and improve master data quality.Roll out an enterprise-wide data governance framework.Skills and Work Experience Requirements:

10+ years of SAP ECC system experience, including two end-to-end SAP S4 HANA project implementations leading data migration.10+ years of hands-on experience in Master Data Management, with a focus on data governance and quality improvement.3+ years of experience with data quality tools like Informatica Data Quality, SAP MDG, etc.10+ years of experience with SAP ECC business processes related to Finance, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Procurement, Distribution, or Sales.Experience with SAP S/4 HANA, SAP MDG Cloud, LSMW, LTMC.Experience in the consumer packaged goods or food and beverage industry.Expert-level understanding of core business processes and their impact on master data.Knowledge of lean, six sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.Thorough understanding of SAP Master Data, focusing on materials, customers, and vendors.Experience with MGD and MDM in a manufacturing environment.Proficiency in Winshuttle, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint.Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple parallel workstreams.Strategic thinking with the ability to deliver tactical solutions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills.Minimal travel required.Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field.Career Progression:
