The Opportunity

In preparation for upcoming opportunities, we are building a global roster of licensed Mental Health Clinicians. Candidates must have demonstrated experience working in humanitarian assistance settings and/or with professionals working in that sector.

Required Skills and Experience:

At least five years of clinical mental health experience with current licensureA Master's degree in a mental health or human services disciplinePast participation in humanitarian response activitiesDemonstrated skills in individual counseling and group therapyExperience with pre-assignment and post-assignment briefingsExperience delivering trauma-informed counselingAbility to administer psychological screening instrumentsProficiency in English plus at least one other language from this list: Arabic, Chinese, French, Portuguese, Russian, SpanishYour application will stand out if you have...

Ability to provide services in Russian or ChineseExperience providing supervision and/or clinical consultation to other mental health professionalsExperience working with clients of different cultures, nationalities, religions, gender, sexual orientation and or disability.Experience supporting individuals and mission-specific teams in the aftermath of critical incidentsExperience in consulting on work-related stressSkills in responding to moral injurySensitivity to cultural differences and beliefs
