About the Role

We are looking for a Business Support Specialist to join our growing team and step into a key general support role that touches different areas of the Purchase Finance business including business strategy, compliance & operations, provider and partner management. This is a great opportunity for you to identify areas to streamline/improve business processes and have a meaningful impact across all our stakeholders - borrowers, merchants and business partners/vendors.

Merchant/Provider SupportManage Provider Training - Process, Issues & Content ManagementBorrower and Provider disclosure managementManage and enhance Provider Operating proceduresCollateral - Updates, Audits and Inventory ManagementPartner with Business Development Team to develop new Sales ToolsOversee Provider CommunicationsPartner Management

Bread Financial/ADS Relationship ManagementBread Financial/ADS Joint Marketing Fund Management & OversightCoordination of joint projectsManage new Lenders & Relationships as the PF business evolvesAbout You

2+ years of experience as a Business Support ProfessionalBachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Finance, or related discipline; or equivalent work experienceProficient with Microsoft OfficeHigh attention to detail and ability to multi-taskAbility to understand and communicate both the functional (business) needs and the analytical / technology needs of organization and customersAbility to work in a fast-paced, roll up your sleeves kind of environment

Work LocationSan Francisco or Lehi

We are currently working a hybrid schedule and our teams are in-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Local hours (PT, MT)

Travel RequirementsIf you need to travel for work, LendingClub will cover your travel related expenses.

Compensation

The target base salary range for this position is 65,000-100,000. The position is also eligible to receive a bonus (which is based on company performance, employee performance and eligible earnings) and benefits. Our salary ranges, other compensation and benefits offered are determined by role, experience level and location.
