What you'll do:*As the Manager he/she will be responsible for leading a team of specialists in Compiling, reviewing and tracking vulnerabilities and preforming mitigation practices and drive results to quantify program effectiveness, Creating, and maintaining vulnerability management policies, procedures, and training, Ensuring the accurate and timely release of vulnerability metrics, Researching and investigating new and emerging vulnerabilities, to include Zero Day events, assessing against risk to the Bank environment

What we are looking for:Design and implement patch management program according with the bank's security requirements, develop or update related processes, procedures, policies.Maintain the bank's vulnerability KRI and SLA requirements via patching best practicesManage the bank's MECM infrastructure including all servers and endpoints, responsible for the health of MECM MP & DP, constantly optimize software/patch delivery to get a higher deployment rate.Function as technical lead for MECM architecture.Oversee the entire patch deployment process and conduct thorough testing before rolling out to the production environment, prioritize deployments based on vulnerability criticality.Maintain patch management documentations/reports to align with the Bank's audit requirement.Coordinate with each state holder to make sure.Supervise the daily operations and provide guidance if needed.Essential Functions:Ensures smooth and reliable operations of Operating Systems and all approved software in the WAB environmentWorks with senior leaders, decisions makers and stakeholders to define business requirements and systems goals and to identify and resolve business systems issuesReviews existing integration capabilities, automation options, and proposed solution designs for feasibility, cost, and functionality in coordination with internal departmentsDesigns, reviews, and deploys latest updates and enhancements to existing systems, software, and operating systemsOversees testing, configuration, testing and patching of operating systems and applicable softwareAssesses the effectiveness and efficiency of existing patching processes and implements changes following continuous improvement principlesLeads a team that Coordinates and performs in-depth tests, including end-user feedback, for all patching cyclesSupports the bank's commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.Stays current on the latest industry technologies, trends, and strategies regarding Microsoft best practices for patchingEnsures their team completes work in a timely and accurate manner while providing exceptional customer serviceThe above job description is a summary of the job responsibilities and is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties and standards of the position.
