ResponsibilitiesMaintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and computer systems.Set up computer hardware to support employee move, add, change activitiesCollaborate with onsite peers and remote Service Desk Support team to resolve user issuesManage and track incidents and requests within the ServiceNow platformPerform Lab and Manufacturing supportProvide "smart hands" networking and infrastructure support: Install WAPS, switches etc.Required Skills
Senior, seasoned technicianLab and Manufacturing support experience5 Plus years of Onsite Desktop Support experienceServiceNow experienceO365 and Active Directory/Azure & Okta experienceWindows 10, Mac OS and iOS experienceAbility to multi-task and experience working in a fast-paced environmentStrong Customer Service MentalityExcellent oral communication skillsAbility to travel between local sites: 2 locations in Cambridge MABenefits
