Position Summary:As an MDU Sales Engineer II, you will serve as a key consultant to clients, understanding their internet requirements in detail, identifying technological challenges, and crafting tailored solutions to meet their needs. Leveraging deep technical expertise and industry knowledge, you will uncover opportunities and propose solutions that drive successful outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with MDU Sales Teams in both brownfield and greenfield MDU spaces.Utilize expertise in Fiber to the Unit (FTTU) design to architect solutions using Ezee Fiber technology, equipment, and networks.Provide technical leadership during sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client technical inquiries.Drive solution-based outcomes in collaboration with MDU Sales for specific client opportunities.Keep MDU Sales teams informed of relevant technologies and industry trends.Consult with Sales on the technical aspects of Ezee Fiber products and services.Partner with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Sales Ops, and Care teams to relay client feedback and ensure alignment with client needs.Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in telecommunications, with a proven track record in solution sales and managing relationships in a matrix environment.Experience supporting MDU and Residential Sector accounts.Expertise in designing FTTU solutions: ISP (Inside Wiring) / OSP (Outside Plant).Proficient in drafting technical and business requirements.Familiarity with technologies such as GPON, XGS PON, and Ethernet.Experience with site surveys in both brownfield and greenfield environments.Knowledge of MDU equipment procurement and specification.Preferred Qualifications:

Project management experience.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with strong interpersonal abilities.Sales experience using established methodologies.Ability to create and deliver technical presentations effectively.Proven ability to identify opportunities, solve technical challenges, and close sales.Strategic mindset in collaborating with Sales teams to enhance MDU sales strategies.Pay & Benefits
