Oracle BA / Support Specialist

Job Description
This person will be joining a team of 6 current analyst/support specialist to own the oracle product support issues. They will be working with internal and external users, and customers to resolve anything that goes wrong with the supply chain functionality and order management aspects of the system. They will take whatever task is next in the queue and see it through resolution.

Skills and Requirements
2-3 years of oracle interface / production support experience.
Experience owning tasks in the queue handling whatever is up next.
o Tickets come from the users/business customers/internal and external.
Experience troubleshooting all things within the system for order management, supply chain functionality, and financial modules, etc.
Experience managing production support tasks for order integrations knowing where each order is and if there is an issue getting to the bottom of it and resolving it within the system.
BA in related field. null
