Job Description

Industrial Networking Solutions (INS) is seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager with a strong background in Operational Technology (OT) and extensive experience in managing large-scale projects in the midstream natural gas pipeline industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects exceeding $4 million annually, managing both in-house engineers and contractors, and ensuring all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Must live in Dallas-Fort Worth Metropolitan area or be willing to relocate .

There is no relocation package for this position .

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Sufficient relevant experience may be substituted for education.A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IT/OT project management, with at least 5 years in Operational Technology (OT) in the oil and gas industry.

Experience related to midstream natural gas pipelines preferred.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.Proven experience in managing projects exceeding $4 million in budget as well as large-scale wireless network deployments (particularly those utilizing 5.1 and 5.8 GHz spectrum in the US).Extensive experience with network technologies, switches, routers, cabling, Wi-Fi, dynamic routing, EIGRP, including experience with Cisco routers and cellular communication technologies.Strong understanding of:

Midstream natural gas pipeline operations and associated technologiesSCADA systemsIndustrial Control Systems (ICS)Operational technology (OT) environments

Experience in managing the construction of communication towers for back-haul communication systems.Knowledge of network protocols such as EtherNet/IP, Resilient Ethernet Protocols (REP), EIGRP, cybersecurity principles, and best practices for OT environments.Familiarity with cloud integration for industrial networks and edge computing systems.Strong communication and leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse team of engineers and contractors across multiple sites.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and financial reporting.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Duties & Responsibilities

Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale OT/IT technical projects, with a focus on midstream natural gas pipelines.Oversee the development and implementation of project plans, including timelines, resources allocation, risk management, and quality control.Manage a multidisciplinary team of in-house engineers and contractors, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication across all project phases.Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.Coordinate with stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and external partners to ensure project alignment with business objectives.Utilize strong knowledge of Cisco routers and cellular technologies to support the technical aspects of the project.Provide technical leadership in the deployment of Operations Technology (OT) systems, particularly in the context of natural gas pipelines.If applicable, oversee the construction and management of communication towers for back-haul communications systems.Read and interpret technical drawings, networking diagrams, and engineering specifications.Additional Requirements

Must be able to work on-site in Plano, TX.Ability to travel up to 50% to project sites as required.Must be legally authorized to work int he United States.Do not now, or in the future, require sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g. H-1B visa status).Must be able to pass Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) background and drug screenings.Must be able to qualify for a Transportation Workers Identification Card (TWIC)
