About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team and join our efforts in turning data into actionable insights that support strategic decisions and drive business performance. As a data analyst at Flow, you will be responsible for creating metrics to validate performance, storytelling through data visualizations, and communicating findings to stakeholders across the organization. Also, you will have an opportunity to build a data culture from the ground up.

This position is based in our NYC office with an expectation of an onsite presence four days per week.

ResponsibilitiesDrive the development and implementation of data analyses, models and statistical techniques to uncover insights, trends and opportunitiesDesign, build and maintain complex data dashboards and reports using enterprise business intelligence tools to present actionable insights to business leaders and stakeholdersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs), gather data requirements, and ensure accurate and relevant data presentationsProvide guidance on data analysis techniques, tools, and best practicesIdeal Background

4+ years of experience in data analysis or related field with a proven track record of leveraging data to drive business outcomes, plus if you have worked within a start-upExcellent analytical and statistical skillsExpert proficiency in SQL and Python / PandasStrong data visualization skills and ability to present insights from analysis - previous experience with enterprise business intelligence tools, such as Sigma, Tableau, LookerExceptional ability to clearly articulate data analyses,, both verbally and in written formA team player who can easily adapt and be flexible with a wide scope of responsibilitiesStrong work ethic and unwavering commitment to achieving goalsProven ability to take initiative, operate independently, and act like an ownerExperience building in fast-moving environments and a strong desire to thrive in an early stage startupInherent curiosity and analytical follow-through - you can't help but ask "why?" and love using data and logic to explore potential solutions

$130,000 - $160,000 a year
