Position Description
: The Senior Business and Analytics Specialist is responsible for developing and supporting analytic deliverables to drive business performance. Key deliverables include sales and business performance reporting, campaign and marketing program analytics, dealer and customer analytics, as well as dashboard development and data visualization to facilitate business insights. The role involves performing strategic ad hoc analyses to support overall business strategy, day-to-day decisions, and provide a deeper understanding of business, marketing campaigns, and customer behavior, including past and future trends. Collaboration with business partners to identify analytic needs, understand key business challenges, and answer critical questions is essential, along with working closely with the data and analytics team to deliver actionable insights.
Responsibilities
:Develop and support analytic deliverables including sales reporting, business performance analytics, marketing campaign analysis, and customer insights.Create and maintain dashboards and other data visualizations to assist with business insights and decision-making.Conduct strategic ad hoc analyses to support business strategy and understand trends in business, marketing campaigns, and customer behavior.Collaborate with business partners to identify analytic needs and challenges, and answer key business questions.Work with data and analytics team members to deliver insights that drive business decisions.Present findings and insights to clients and team members in a clear and actionable format.Skills Required

Data Wrangling
: Expertise in querying, joining, and manipulating data (e.g., creating new variables, automating processes).Performance Analysis
: Experience in analyzing business and marketing program performance, including response rates, sales, incremental sales, net profit, and customer profiling.Technical Proficiency
: Strong knowledge of SQL, Alteryx, Qlik (dashboarding), GCP, BigQuery, and Microsoft Office.Subject Matter Expertise
: In-depth understanding of sales, business, program reporting, and customer analytics.Business Performance Metrics
: Ability to develop and support Business Performance Metrics and Reporting (BPR).Client Interaction
: Experience meeting with clients to understand business needs and discuss findings.Reporting and Presentation
: Ability to organize findings, create PowerPoint presentations with graphs and insights, and present to clients and in team meetings.Skills Preferred

Complex Problem Solving
: Experience with data manipulation, data quality, statistical analysis, and reporting.Advanced Technical Skills
: Proficiency in SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, Qlik, etc., for data manipulation, visualization, and presentation.Interpersonal Skills
: Excellent interpersonal skills across all management levels, and ability to collaborate effectively across departments.Educational Background
: BA/BS or advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Econometrics, Computer Science, Analytics, Finance, or related fields.Experience
: Minimum 5 years of experience as an analyst.Learning and Adaptability
: Quick learner with the ability to efficiently acquire and apply new expertise as needed.Self-Motivation
: Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently.Communication Skills
: Strong oral and written communication skills, with strategic and clear thinking to translate complex ideas into actionable results.Attention to Detail

Pay Details:
$55.00 to $60.00 per hour
