Jira Administrator
We are looking for a Jira Administrator to work in a hybrid work environment for an insurance client in downtown Chicago (Loop). You would work as part of the PMO and a key responsibility will be creating, configuring, and maintaining projects in Jira including workflows, templates, dashboards and reporting to support Project Managers' and their projects. The client has multiple ongoing projects and Jira is the tool used to keep them organized. Microsoft Excel skills are also essential as Excel also used to monitor financials that coincide with project tracking.
Technical Requirements:Excellent Jira skills in setting up dashboards, issues, views, and templatesStrong Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables and chartsGood communication skills with various levels of managementAbility to work independently and take initiativeInsurance experience desiredAbility to be in the downtown Chicago office 2x a week
