Work closely with developers, government product owners, scrum masters, and the user engagement team to ensure stakeholder needs are prioritized and executed.Lead with Purpose:
Be a key member of the leadership team, driving work that truly matters.Stay Ahead:
Utilize the latest technologies to solve complex problems.Clearance:
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance requiredUS Citizenship requiredAs a Product Owner, You Will:
Assist the Government Product Owner in prioritizing capabilities with feedback from multiple internal and external stakeholders.Communicate team priorities from the Government Product Owner to the Agile team.Translate customer and user needs to the development team.Author Acceptance Criteria and contribute to planning, validation, and demonstration of new capabilities.Coordinate and communicate with External Stakeholders.Assist in the Development and Maintenance of the Product Roadmap.What You Bring:
Top Secret or TS/SCI ClearancePrior experience with Agile Development, Scrum, and/or SAFe.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.Understanding of all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle.Bonus Points For:
Experience with SAFe Agile Methodologies.Agile certification.Technical background in Software Development.Experience with Cloud Computing and Hybrid On-Prem solutions.Domain experience with Document Stores and Ontology concepts.
