Responsible for implementing and configuring Dynatraces Application Performance Monitoring solution across various environments.• Follows established United & Program standards, able to setup dashboards, alerts and reports to monitor application performance.• Troubleshoot the application performance issues . This involves working with other teams to coordinate the issue resolution.• Analyze application performance data collected by Dynatrace and identify the potential issues, areas of improvements. • Develop solutions to solve business problems with minimal supervision.• Root cause analysis and dashboard creation.• Continuously supervise system performance and proactively address potential issues.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
