Database Developer

Role: Database developer/ (Should have Strong SQL, PL/SQL) for a very large data warehouse.Location: Alpharetta, GA (all 5 days onsite) Local's preferred.Duration FulltimeSalary: $100kRoles and Responsibilities:BAU support of the application including investigation of business logic in PL/SQL.Raise release tickets and coordinate various teams for database patches on weekend.Migration of the application to AWS/RDS.Perform database performance tuning and monitoring.Take care of the database code/design and implementation.Interface with production DBA, SA teams for technical support.Coordinate with PM team for Geneos monitoring and Autosys scripts and scheduling setup.Responsible for database activities including data copy, database security , database troubleshooting.Very strong in SQL and Oracle PL/SQL.Very Strong in DBA activities including Oracle performance tuning and database trouble shooting.Good Knowledge in Linux and experience creating shell scripts.Experience in AWS/RDS is a plus.Experience in creating Jules build for database deployment is a plus.
