Infrastructure Engineer

Description:Strong experience with workload virtualization technologies, storage area networks, cloud deployments and monitoring.Specific Skills:• VMWare virtualization – ESXi, vSphere, SRM, Virtual Networks (Distributed and Standard Switches).• Storage Management – Configure and Monitoring. (PureStorage experience a plus)• Experience in infrastructure monitoring and alerting solutions from Solarwinds, vROPs, PagerDuty and Microsoft.• Experience in Active Directory – On-Prem and Azure• Experience with VDI and Application delivery solutions. (Citrix experience a plus)• Proficiency with automation tools and PowerShell • Experience with IPAM solutions. (Microsoft and Infoblox)• Experience with Backup solutions. (Commvault and Azure experience a plus)• Knowledge of Azure Solutions – VMs, Storage Accounts, Resource Groups• Cisco UCS Blades and Stand-alone Servers – Hardware and Management• Experience in Windows OS – Server 2016 and 2019Requirements:Bachelor's degree in IT• Ability to effectively multi-task various responsibilities at a high level• Confident and authoritative speaker• Ability to work under pressure with tight timeframes• High degree of self-motivation• Ideal team player• Ability to break down workflows and redefine process• Excellent time manager• Ability to coordinate with a technical team for: root cause analysis of performance issues, ticket workload allocation, project designs, and business relations.• Reporting and build documentation on all initiatives and ongoing projects
