Who are we looking for?
Overall 8+ years of experience in MEAN Stack Development and experience in leading 5-6 development team size.
Technical Skills:
Primary Skills: React JS, Node JS, Express JS, Nest JS, SQL Server DB or Mongo DB
Secondary Skills: Java Script, Angular JS, Jenkins, AWS, OpenShift• Excellent programming skills in application development using MERN stack• Expertise in front-end technologies, including JavaScript, CSS3 and HTML5, React Js, Angular• Good hands-on experience in API/ Microservices development using Node JS, Express and Nest JS• Knowledge and experience with SDLC lifecycle• At least 3 years of experience in Design and architecture review• Good Hand-on experience with code repository tools such as JIRA, GIT, etc.• Experience in writing Angular unit test cases ( Jasmine ), Node JS unit test cases ( Mocha ) to write unit test cases.• Create build / package scripts for deploying applications using GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory, Ansible and similar tools.• Experience with development in AWS. Certification is a plus• Excellent communications skills both verbal and written.• Have experience in sprint based Agile Methodology.• Application development using tools like: Jira, Swagger, Jenkins, OpenShift, Dockers• Good expertise in analyzing and troubleshooting
Process Skills:• Strong analytical thinking and excellent troubleshooting• Strong customer service skills• Capable of analyzing requirements and develop software as per project defined software process• Develop and peer review of LLD (Initiate/ participate in peer reviews)
Behavioral Skills :• Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.• Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction• Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
Certification:• AWS Developer
