Job Type: Contract and Employed opportunities available

Families and Youth Innovation Plus (FYI+) - proudly New Mexico's first Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) Implementation Grant site - is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapist (Contract or Employment) with a flexible schedule to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing therapy services to children, adolescents, adult individuals, couples, and families and have a focused emphasis on serving from a Community Health lens. The ideal candidate will also have a deep-rooted understanding of treating participants from a trauma-responsive lens. The Therapist will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy sessions to clients in a supportive and professional manner. This position will have various work schedules to choose from that cover extended hours including evenings and weekends.

As the first CCBHC Implementation Grant site in New Mexico, FYI+ is at the forefront of transforming behavioral health care in our state. This unique position offers therapists the opportunity to be part of an innovative, comprehensive care model that integrates mental health and substance use disorder services with physical health care.

Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related fieldLicense in the State of New Mexico LISW, LMSW, LPCC, LMHC or LMFT or LADAC in the state of New MexicoStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends with a choice of a regular scheduleEnthusiasm for working within a CCBHC model and contributing to community-based care
