Women and Family Wellness Studio is hiring an LMHC, LMHCA, LSW, LSWA, or CC to provide counseling to high-risk families and privately paid clients. Our agency contracts with the Department of Child Youth and Families (DCYF) to provide in-home counseling and support; Family Preservation Services (FPS). Therapy sessions are provided over the phone, online via telehealth as needed, and in person at the client's home or public location. We also contract with the Department of Corrections (DOC) providing telehealth counseling to individuals who have been incarcerated but are now home with their children or are on a sentencing alternative. We are seeking a therapist to work with the families we support with both of these contracts. The ideal candidate is passionate about supporting families, works well independently, and is familiar with trauma-informed care. This can be a full-time or part-time position. The caseload and work time is determined by the therapist with a minimum of 11 cases required at all times. All staff at WFWS are trained in The Incredible Years evidence-based parenting program, and an opportunity to teach is available as well to diversify the caseload. The ideal candidate will also provide counseling to private pay clients based on the clientele of their preference; children, teens, adults, men, women, families, and/or couples. WFWS panels therapists with all major insurance companies. This is a work-from-home position. You must live in King, Snohomish, or Skagit County to apply. You have the opportunity to become paneled with most major insurance companies to provide counseling to privately paid clients. Responsibilities: • Provide counseling • Complete reports and case notes for client engagement and session documentation in a timely manner • Identify resources or referrals within the community that will help improve family function • Ability to identify risk and protective factors within the family • Ability to drive to client homes, call families, and offer zoom telehealth sessions to families • Complete CANS assessment Qualifications: • Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance • Must be credentialed through the Washington State Department of Health as a LMHC, LMHCA, LSW, LSWA, CC • Must have at least 2 years of experience working with high-risk populations • Must have a computer with internet access and phone to allow you to work remotely from home • Competency in working with Trauma • Experience working with diverse populations or personal experience within the BIPOC community • Interest in growing with our team long-term • Able to be both self-directed and collaborative • Pass a background check prior to beginning work • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and go up and down stairs and hills • Ability to set up and utilize Zoom meetings • Additional certifications required: CPR, BLS (Basic Life Support) • Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and great communication and interpersonal skills Compensation: $35 - $55 hourly
