Description
The AlkAMIE team supports a wide range of charters within Alexa Multi-Modal Devices. We are looking for a motivated Quality Assurance Engineer to help us delight our customers by creating engaging experiences on the Ambient Home screen. You will have a significant impact in the quality and delivery speed of our software, our business, and most importantly our customers. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to ensure the features we deliver to our customers have a high level of quality. In addition, you will also have the opportunity to propose improvements to our existing testing processes and develop automated tests to increase the team’s speed, quality and efficiency.
Basic Qualifications
4+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
Experience in automation testing
Experience in manual testing
Experience as QA lead on medium to large sized projects
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with at least one automated test framework like Selenium or Appium
Experience in gathering test requirements to create detailed test plans and defining quality metrics to measure product quality

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $102,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
