As an IT Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating IT project activities, managing schedules, and ensuring the timely completion of project deliverables across various teams.

Serving as an administrator to projects within the IT and Compliance departmentsDeploying and enforcing security policies and proceduresAssist with setting up project meetings and maintaining project documentsAssist in change management for implementing new technology or processes (e.g., communications, end-user training)Support the completion of project deliverables and close out of project documentationDevelop and maintain documentation related to application configurations, processes, and workflowsStay abreast of new technology trends and work with various technologies and systemsEnsure alignment among stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors on roles, responsibilities, and expectationsQualifications

A bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, systems engineering, or a related field is preferred. A graduate degree is a plus.PMP certification or interest in completing PMPPrior experience translating business requirements into business processes or technology utilization (preferred)Experience working directly with engineering and/or other technical teamsAptitude for learning new software applicationsExperience with reporting, dashboarding, and data analysis (e.g., advanced Excel, MS Power BI)Experience with Azure AD and Microsoft suite organizationExperience with implementing company-wide systemsExperience with project management solutionsExperience and understanding of various project management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile), coordination of user testing, and solution documentation
