About the Position:

The SharePoint Developer will:

Analyze client and end-user needs and technical requirements to design technical SharePoint solutions

Assist with SharePoint Post-Migration efforts by providing solutions that meet the needs of the client to include:

Discover and understand the current content in SharePoint

Prepare for the migration by interviewing all stakeholders to understand future requirements and limitations

Clean up and prepare the content

Support stakeholders with site configurations

Support user acceptance testing

Creation of new sites, pages and applications

Develop and build PowerApps Application and Power BI dashboards based on end-user requirements

Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on SharePoint projects and issues with project outcome accountability and troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to the system's end-users when needed

Design and create SharePoint Sites, Pages, and Libraries that meet the requirements for internal and external stakeholders

Design and create Power Platforms Application, Workflows, and Dashboards that meet the requirements for internal and external stakeholders

Develop Standard Operating Procedures for maintaining SharePoint sites and libraries

Use strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to mitigate internal and external client problems

Provide support and guidance to users on SharePoint features and functionalities

Provide quality assurance reviews of engagement processes and deliverables

Lead the SharePoint administration and configuration efforts

Create and update processes, procedures and/or product documentation, while maintaining documentation standards, styles and guidelines

Develop and tailor comprehensive communication plans for O365 and SharePoint initiatives to effectively convey technical concepts to non-IT stakeholders

Determine the future state for promoting knowledge sharing through the organization's operational business processes and systems

Determine options and provide a coordinated approach to managing the planning of services and performing the actual conversion or rebuilding of existing forms, tools and workflows to function in the new environment

Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

Active DoD Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility

Five (5) plus years of SharePoint (2013, 2019, SPO) experience, including architecture, development, design, and migration

Bachelor's degree in information technology, program management, communications, or a related field

Hands-on experience with O365/SharePoint configuration including mailbox migration, creating workflows, scripts, and developing reports/dashboards

Experience working on federal IT systems such as O365 and SharePoint

Experience in creating strategies for developing systems and processes

Excellent analytical, business, communication, decision-making, and organizational skills

Willingness to work onsite at the Pentagon at least two (2) days a week

Preferred Qualifications:

At least three (3) years of experience in Department of Defense (DoD) project/program practices, preferred
