ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:• Leadership and Management:o Promotes a culture of openness, flexibility, collaboration and accountabilityo Supports project teams and other Project Managers/BSA'so Influences customers and stakeholders, and effectively manages divergent expectationso Creates and maintains relationships across the organizationo Coordinates and resolves issueso Manages the day-to-day activities of projects and project staff; continuously communicates with project teams and stakeholderso Demonstrates leadership qualities including flexibility and adaptability to changes in roles and responsibility as required.o Commitment to safety begins with management. Managers and frontline supervisors are accountable for creating and maintaining a culture of Safety and assuring a Commitment safe work environment.

• Project Management:o Manages project life cycle from initiation through deployment and project closureo Works closely with Business Development, including but not limited to: Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Support, Sales, Procurement, R&D, Distribution and Engineering to create and execute project release plans that satisfy stakeholder needso Organizes, conducts, and attends meetings with project team to facilitate all levels of project planning including risk analysiso Assists in the gathering, understanding and documentation of the customers' business requirements to facilitate the generation of technical and cost model content for formal customer proposalso Removes obstacles blocking or slowing down teamso Provides visibility to team status and escalates issues to senior management, plans and tracks release milestones for software releaseso Helps facilitate and communicate risk analysis for projectso Manages multiple projects at one timeo Provides detailed weekly status reports and metrics on all active projects to managemento Works with project managers of other teams (internal and external) to ensure overall business needs are being met for company initiativeso Drives decisions, including difficult tradeoffs that may be needed between resources, schedule, and functionalityo Works with third party integration teams to coordinate integration and testing, where applicableo Works with functional managers to support both dedicated and matrix resources

• Key participant in steering committee meetings, and technical, as well as, business dialogue. Develops positive and effective relationships with business users and IT group. Creates, manages and tracks project artifacts, including, but not limited to:

o Project schedules, including estimates versus actualso Detailed project planso Scope documentso Cost estimateso Resource planso Risk and Issues Logso Status reports

• Communicates and collaborates with internal and external customers as needed in regards to project deliverables including managing expectations, presenting and interfacing with stakeholders• Makes recommendations to management about schedules, prioritization and resource allocation with input from team members• Serves in Scrum Master role, as needed, to support Scrum software development methodology

• Process Monitoring and Control:o Implements lessons learnedo Acts as resource for project team members on software development lifecycle processeso Performs analysis of existing business processes, as well as, new business development processes.o Works with technical development staff, project manager(s), production managers, and executive-level managers throughout all phases of a project life cycle to ensure customers' requirements are understood and met, and to ensure proper documentation by team members in accordance with company standardso Monitors project controls for regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA requirements for computer systems)Project Manager Information Technologyo Ensures that project teams follow best practices, procedures, and quality system requirementso Works across multiple teams to ensure consistency of approaches
