The Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled
Software Engineer
with expertise in Python and Java to join our client's team. This role involves developing and maintaining application pipelines that support AI/ML models and their outputs, working within a dynamic big data ecosystem, and contributing to cloud-based application development.Role:

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain applications and services using Python and Java, ensuring efficient and effective code delivery.Build and manage application pipelines (both batch and real-time) to support AI/ML model execution and output consumption.Write and optimize complex SQL queries (Hive/PySpark dataframes) and NoSQL queries for data pipeline efficiency.Work with Big Data technologies, including Map-Reduce, Hive, Spark (core, SQL, PySpark), and UNIX shell scripting.Develop and deploy applications and services on cloud platforms.Utilize GitHub and CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or higher degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.Strong programming skills in Python and Java.Experience with building and maintaining application pipelines for AI/ML models.Proficiency in SQL (Hive/PySpark dataframes) and NoSQL queries.Familiarity with Big Data ecosystems and technologies, including Map-Reduce, Hive, Spark, and UNIX shell scripting.Experience in cloud application development and deployment.Competence with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.Effective communication skills for collaboration within and outside the team.
