Essential Duties and Functions:
Help team on the technical design and implementation of applications using existing and emerging technology platformsDesign, Develop, Implement, Test, and Support applications through full SDLCHelp align with firm data management standards and ensure applications within the portfolio are in line with those standardsWrite SQL queries, stored procedures and utilize SQL Server to generate reports and respond to requests from users for dataWork closely with other technology members to ensure quality of monitoringClearly communicate problem/resolution process to users or managementContribute technical documentation and application proceduresAssures problem calls are tracked, routed properly, and closedAssure compliance to change management and security policiesSkills and Knowledge:
Excellent understanding of Relational Database DesignA minimum of five years of experience & working knowledge of ASP.NET MVC, HTML, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and C# development. Experience in Angular JS, React JS and .NET Core is a plus.Lead the implementation of a database-first development projects.Proficiency in Azure DevOps Version Control.Experience with API integrations and web services (REST, SOAP)Participate in technical and architect requirements gathering sessions.A minimum of five years of Database Analysis and/or Development experience with SQL Server, writing SQL statements and generating reports, including SSIS and SSRSEstablishment and implementation of reporting tools to create reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, SSRS or similar analytic toolExperience with data management standards such as data governance is a plusBS degree in computer science or related discipline, or equivalent experienceEffective analyst able to work closely with non-technical usersExcellent written and verbal communication and presentation skillsBe self-driven with the desire to achieve measurable, specific results within tight time framesA minimum of two years' experience in the Financial & Banking industry preferredKnowledge of MS Access, MS Visual Studio, Crystal Reports is a plusProficiency in interpersonal communication, presentation, problem solving and analysis
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.40 hours per week.
