Job Description

The Sr. Resident Services Representative will be cross trained in all three areas of the call center where inbound calls are handled Inside Sales, Resident Services, and Maintenance. They will be assigned, on a daily basis, of which area they will be working in, determined by daily call volume in each area.

Inside Sales

Confer with the customers via emails, chat, texting and over the phoneAnswer all questions and give additional information about the property they are interested inKeep records of customer interactions and detail of inquiriesUpdate customer accounts as neededFollow up with the prospectResident Services

Confer with the customers via emails, chat, texting and over the phoneKeep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions takenListen to the customer queries patiently and resolve. If the issue doesn't have an obvious solution, escalate it to appropriate leadershipUpdate customer accounts as neededCoordinate with the internal departments to find solutions and resolve mattersPromptly follow up with the customer to ensure they are satisfied with your answerDemonstrates curiosity, digging for information below the surfaceMakes low level inferencesMaintenance

Confer with the customers via emails, chat, texting and over the phoneCreate and close out Work OrdersSubmit Works Orders to vendors and/or schedule Maintenance Techs according to standard workflowCoordinate with Maintenance Tech, vendor and residents for all scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance requests.Proactively communicate with resident, vendor and/or Maintenance Technician through to the completion of work.Qualifications:

Salary Range

Placement within this compensation range will be determined by the candidate's knowledge, experience and skills.$50,370.00 - $83,950.00
