Workday Client Project Manager

Requirements (What We're Looking For):1-3 years' experience project managing Workday HCM implementation/s for medium or large enterprise organization/s (Required)2+ years' Saas project management or software implementation experience (Required)Experience with at least two HCM or Financials functional areas (Required)Workday Project Management certification from a Workday Services Partner Firm (Preferred)Consulting experience either as an internal Workday consultant or with a consulting/software company (Preferred)Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint programsExcellent organization, time management, business development and communication skillsResponsibilities (What You'll Do):
Manage the implementation of Workday projects and initiatives on behalf of the client in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrate competency in the Workday HCM, Financials or Payroll product suitePartner with the client and client team members to ensure projects are properly staffed and deliveredParticipate in the sales cycle including but not limited to gathering requirements and helping with SOWsEnsure company compliance with client contracts and successfully execute the Statement of WorkAct as the clients project manager to identify/resolve all issues that could impact project scope and/or time framesAssigning and managing completion of Customer project responsibilities, including project deliverables, activities, and testing responsibilitiesLead clients through hypercare and transition to TopBloc's Postproduction services team (if applicable)Establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with little to no supervisionAdvise clients on Workday best practicesPhysical Requirements:

The hiring base pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At TopBloc, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range salary is $110,000- $145,000.
