Summary (onsite, Dallas, TX)

Ziosk is looking for a seasoned Product Owner to join our Product team. The Product Owner will contribute to the overall success of several Ziosk products, with a focus on our Tablet Pro devices which enable Server experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders, to ensure our products meet the needs of our restaurant clients and their customers.

Responsibilities

Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for ordering tablet applications, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives. Contribute to Ziosk's product roadmaps with other Product Owners.Gather and prioritize customer requirements and work with our sales team to understand the needs of the market firsthandMarket Research: Conduct market research and gather insights from restaurant industry trends to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with restaurant owners, managers, and staff to understand their needs and pain points, translating them into actionable product requirements.Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market demands, and business goals.User Experience: Advocate for exceptional user experiences, working closely with designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for ordering tablets.Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of the product and identify areas for improvement.Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar Demonstrated experience designing software through the full product life cycle from idea through release.Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of restaurant operations, workflows, and customer service standards preferred.Technical Skills: Proficiency in agile development methodologies and familiarity with software development processes.Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation.Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.Experience on POS Systems, ordering platforms, mobile devices preferred
