Senior Desktop Support

Onsite in Charlotte, NC 5 days per week6 Month Contract to Hire - Will go full time.Rate: $22-30hr based upon experienceHours are normal businesss hours, you can choose to work any of the below hours depending on your personal schedule. 7:30am - 3:30pm, 8:00am - 4pm, 9am - 5pm (flexible as long as you are there from 9-3:30pm)Required Skills & Experience5+ years of experience in a desktop support or technical support roleExperience with a ticketing system (ServiceNow is what the team uses now)Experience troubleshooting through Microsoft 365 and other Microsoft productsExperience troubleshooting through basic A/V issues as neededExcellent communicationJob DescriptionAn employer in Charlotte, NC is looking for a Desktop Support technician. This person will be:Troubleshooting through printer issues and mail issues, as well as some server and networking (VPN issues or Internet issues) issues as neededTroubleshooting and resolving issues deskside with usersTroubleshooting and resolving conference room equipment issues (computers/microphones connecting to screens/projectors, etc)
