Minimum education qualification
A bachelor's degree in any discipline. MBA or equivalent degree preferred.The ideal candidate will have:
1-4 years of experience or education in developing in DotNet environmentExperience supporting production web, SaaS, Cloud or server/client applicationsExperience working with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and/or DevOps environmentKnowledge of database concepts and SQLKnowledge of Azure DevOps or GitHub repositories and pipelinesApplication operational triage, troubleshooting, maintenance/support and customer engagement critical business servicesExperience with programming concepts or enterprise scripting such PowerShell or PythonFamiliar with cloud concepts (Azure preferably) and services that support applications and application integrationExperience in building or supporting webservices, REST APIs and monitoring solutionsPerform system, infrastructure and cloud function PaaS analysis to evaluate messages, database and application performanceDesign and implement solutions that improve functionality, performance and efficiencies within applications and monitoringAnalyzing existing processes, support models, monitoring, previous automation and tools, with the goal of identifying gaps and opportunities for enhancements or automated trigger, alert and remediation opportunitiesAbility to collaborate under high pressure incident events where multiple team coordinate on remediation efforts across technology towersExcellent teamwork and communication skillsProblem Solver! Solves complex issues and willing to take a new perspective on existing solutions and code. Exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information and data points.Innovator!
