Join us!Job Description:This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the clients expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.Responsibilities:Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates, etc.)Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teamsFacilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timelineProvides status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and scheduleWorks with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirementsSupports resource planning for delivery and executionEnsures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standardsRequired Skills8+ years of expert level solution design experience comprising one or more infrastructure areas like Unix, Windows, Middleware, DatabaseExperience in system/database/middleware administration, design & support in a large-scale environment - preferably in a financial services industryMust have good understanding of overall infrastructure domain including complete network and application development stackBe familiar with Container Technologies (Redhat OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes)Good knowledge of ESX/VMWare/vSAN and other virtualization technologies/platformsUnderstanding of Enterprise automation & orchestration tools like AnsibleExcellent MS-Office skills (including PowerPoint (for presentations) and Excel (for manipulating substantial amounts of data with pivot tables and charts.
