Opening with our client located in Bloomington, MN for a Software Engineer. ONSITE. RELOCATION AVAILABLE. TS/SCI with Poly clearance required.
For this Software Engineer role you will be joining a High Performance Computing Group. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and support mission-critical applications. This role requires hands-on experience with advanced HPC software and hardware.Job Functions
Develop and support advanced HPC software and hardware mission capabilities.Collaborate with cross-business and cross-functional teams on critical missions.Utilize advanced tools to enhance HPC applications and systems.Conduct software development, testing, and optimization for HPC applications.Engage in embedded or systems development, including sustainment and lifecycle support.Apply knowledge of programming languages, such as Assembly, C/C++, Python, Rust, and Embedded Linux.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.5+ years (Bachelor's) or 3+ years (Master's) of relevant experience. Agile experience is a plus.Clearance:
Department of Defense TS/SCI with Polygraph at the time of hire. U.S. citizenship is required.Technical problem-solving in advanced computing systems.Creative application of technology to solve complex challenges.Experience with hardware interfaces and low-level software solutions.Effective collaboration with team members and technical counterparts.Commitment to professional development.Preferred Skills:
Expertise in advanced computing software and hardware.Experience in embedded or systems development, sustainment, and lifecycle support.Strong knowledge of software languages, hardware, and industry best practices.Advanced skills in mathematics or physics with proven technical contributions.Proficiency in programming languages like Assembly, C/C++, Python, Rust, and Embedded Linux.
