Job Summary:
The NOC Technician will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the network and systems of the organization. They will work closely with other NOC professionals to ensure that all systems are running smoothly and efficiently. The NOC Technician will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise.Key Responsibilities:Monitor network and systems to ensure they are running smoothlyTroubleshoot and resolve any issues that ariseWork closely with other NOC technicians to ensure that all systems are running efficientlyDocument and troubleshoot all network, system issues, and resolutionsStay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in network and system administrationQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field5+ years of experience in network ISP and system administrationExperience with monitoring tools such as SolarWindsStrong troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPay & Benefits:
