Our client is seeking a Business Systems Analyst who has extensive experience in diverse environments and business applications. The Business Systems Analyst is confident and can communicate with an executive level audience. Healthcare experience is preferred.Key Accountabilities:
Primary responsibility will be for the analysis, understanding, documenting of Actuarial and underwriting business requirements.Understand and utilize best practices in documenting and maintaining business process artifacts.Support business SME and technical staff in the resolution of technical and data issues.ssist in testing to ensure business requirements are met and software is implemented in a defect free manner.bility to document accurate business requirements and business process flows.Required Skills:
Four (4)+ years of experience.Knowledge of business analysis methods and best practices.Basic SQL skills.bility to perform root cause analysis on data and systems issues.Knowledge of the Microsoft office suite of products (Word, Access, and Excel).Healthcare experience is preferred.Detail oriented, analytical, skilled in problem solving and knowledgeable of insurance concepts and rating techniques.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Outgoing nd confident with excellent communication skills nd the ability to work with all audience levels.daptable nd the ability to multitask are critical for the success of this role.bility to work well under general supervision and work well independently.
