What You'll Do
As an IT Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and systems. You will provide hands-on support to our employees, troubleshooting a wide range of hardware, software, and network issues. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining our IT assets, implementing new technologies, and contributing to projects that enhance our infrastructure.
You
Have 4+ years of experience with critical IT systems and services supporting user productivity, SaaS services, inventory management, and customer service.Have experience across multiple client operating system platformsHave experience in basic networking configuration and troubleshootingYou are someone who pays attention to detail and has the ability to produce high quality documentationYou are action-oriented and have a strong willingness to learnAre an excellent communicator and thrives in an engineering centric environmentNice to Have
Specific experience with Google, AWS, Azure, or similar cloud platform and service infrastructureMDM configuration and management experience (JAMF, Intune)SaaS IDP administration experience (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, Okta preferred)Experience working with regulatory and compliance overlaysExperience with day to day use of Atlassian software productsSalary Range Information
Based on market data and other factors, the salary range for this position is $102,000-$146,000. However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.
