OVERVIEW:

The Content Strategist will serve as the vital link between data-driven insights and the creative execution of marketing strategies. This role focuses on defining content needs, determining where and how content should be deployed across all digital marketing channels, and collaborating closely with our creative team, who will bring the content to life. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of consumer behavior and data analysis, using these skills to inform and guide content strategies that drive engagement and growth across our various business units.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Define and develop content strategies informed by consumer insights, data analysis, and market research to meet RUDIS's marketing objectives.Identify key content needs, opportunities, and gaps across all digital marketing channels, ensuring alignment with RUDIS's brand voice and goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analytics, product development, and sales, to ensure a cohesive content strategy that supports campaign objectives.Partner with the creative team to guide the development of content, ensuring that it meets strategic goals and is effectively deployed across channels.Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies and improve overall effectiveness.Stay current with industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging digital platforms to continuously refine and evolve content strategies.Present content strategies and insights to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of the strategic direction and expected outcomes.QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.5+ years of experience in a Content Strategist or similar role, preferably in the sports or apparel industry.Proven experience in developing content strategies based on consumer research and data analysis.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable content strategies.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with creative teams and other stakeholders.Proficiency in content strategy and data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CMS platforms, social media analytics).Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing and content distribution across multiple channels.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.

This position is full-time, in-house located in Marysville, Ohio
