This is a full time role with pnc bank. Can be remote but hybrid to Pittsburgh PA preferred. Only EST /CST caniddates.
Overall years of experience: 6-8 years overall.
Must have 2+ years of Pega Marketing CDH (Pega Customer Decision Hub for Marketing)
Must have:• Supporting business through creation / maintenance of rulesets, strategies, treatment, offers/actions• Experience in any of the CDH tools: Adaptive Decision Manager, Next Best Action Advisor, OPS Manager, Event
Strategy Manager, or Visual Business Director• Experience in CDH data integration via Connect-Rest, Connect-SOAP, Data Pages, and Data Flows• Experience trouble shooting Pega issues with Clipboard, Tracer, Pega Log review, and or Performance Analyzer• Experience with Pega Agents, Activities, and Job Schedulers• Experience in Pega installations, migrations, upgrade and patching
Nice to have:• Experience in Pega Cloud a plus• Experience in Containerization (Kubernetes / Docker) a plus• Leading System Architecture Certification is a plus
Position Location: Pittsburgh, PA/ Strongsville, OH/Birmingham, AL/ Dallas, TX preferred but open to remote if these candidates can't be found in those locations
